TRAINING AND CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
We develop training content using adult learning theory and the ADDIE framework (Assessment, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) with an emphasis on creating sustainable training programs. The development of the training services includes agendas, PowerPoint or Google Slide Decks, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
